The building is located in Passera a small village about 400 meters above the lake level and about 3.0 km from Stresa , from this point start several pedestrian and cycle paths direction Mottarone , or the city center of Stresa. The area is quiet. From the balcony of the apartment you can enjoy a good view of the Lake Maggiore
