The structure is located in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, at roughly 300m from the sea. The apartments, even thought they are located in the center, are immersed in green and are very peaceful. All services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants) are reachable by foot.

The accomodation is located in the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, at about 300m from the sea. The apartment, despite being in the center, is very quiet; all services (bar, restaurants, shops) are reachable by foot and open all year.

The residence ("Junior 2") is at a distance of roughly 1 km from the beach and is composed by small two--floored structures where single apartments have been inserted. On the internal of the residence there’s a swimming pool and a tennis court, open in the period from july to august.
