The apartment is a small villa in Mancaversa (near Lido Pizzo) at roughly 250 m from the sea; with minimal but essential furnishing.

The structure was completed and furnished in 2007; all accommodations are in a context of a terraced house with outdoor space for the exclusive use of some 100mq, are furnished with care and in a functional manner; are approximately 800 m from the center and 1500m from the beach of Lido Pizzo.

The residence ("Junior 2") is at a distance of roughly 1 km from the beach and is composed by small two--floored structures where single apartments have been inserted. On the internal of the residence there’s a swimming pool and a tennis court, open in the period from july to august.
