We started the activity in 2004, renting for short periods to tourists, our accommdations on Lake Maggiore and Salento.

We currently menage approximately 500 flats and between Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Lake Como, Salento, Sardinia.
We operate through a written order that allows us to replace the owner in offering to tourists apartments and private villas.

Our mission is to rent private houses and apartments for tourist use to Italians and foreigners.
