The building, a typical lakeside home fully renovated in 2005, houses a beautiful two-roomed flat.
This accommodation, together with "N. 25", the "Cortiletto" and "Fontanino" (all close by), form a small and very characteristic village overlooking a small square.
Access to the village is via the lakeside promenade, down a small, pedestrian, cobblestone road.
The public car park is about 80 metres away.

The structure is located in the central area of Meina at about mt. 100 from the lakefront and its restaurants and bars .

The beach is about 150 meters away.

In the structure, organized in an internal courtyard, two large studio apartments on the ground floor. Both were renovated in 2020 .
