The house is located in the hilly area of Verbania about 4 km from the center of Intra, therefore close to all facilities to the beaches and to tourist localities but enjoying the holiday in peace and surrounded by greenery.

The accommodation is suitable as a base for excursions both to the lake and and mountains, as a matter of fact, it is located about 6 km from the national park of Valgrande which is the largest wilderness park of Italy.
